Overview

The Mason Leader attempts to recruit members of the town to be come a Mason. This ability only works on Citizens.

Mason Leaders are also an Anti-Cultist role, as when an Mason Leader attempts to recruit a Cultist, he will bludgeon the Cultist to death. This action however takes up a recruitment.

Strategies

  • When using the last will function, make sure to include who the other Masons are and who was targeted for recruitment.
  • Coordinate with the Masons during the night to create voting blocks.
  • If a Mason doesn't appear at night meetings or on your list of Mason allies (at the top right) anymore but hasn't died, inform the town immediately. This certainly means they were targeted and killed by the Disguiser.
  • Do not try to randomly recruit someone. An attempt to recruit a Mafia member will send that player a message containing the Mason Leader's name and role. The Mason Leader will NOT be informed that their target was Mafia.

Options

  • Excluded from randoms - (Default: On)
  • Limited recruits [2-4] - (Default: 2)

Notes

  • There can only be one Mason Leader in game.
  • There cannot be a Mason Leader without at least one Citizen or Cultist in play.
  • Mason Leader targets do not know they were picked unless they were Citizens or Mafia
  • Mason Leaders will always know if their recruitment was successful. The Mason Leader and the rest of the Masons will receive a message with the recruit's name. The recruit becomes a Mason before the end of the night.
  • If one of your teammates suddenly disappears but isn't dead, a Disguiser has his place and should be lynched immediately.
