Rules
-Mafia- has a few rules, since it's a game based very much on secrets and lying. For example dead people shouldn't be able to talk with the living.
- Role-Quitting is frowned upon.
- Game-Throwing is not allowed.
- Skyping is not allowed.
- Hacking is absolutely forbidden.
Description
In depth description about each subject.
Role-Quitting
Role-Quitting means to leave a game for the sole reason of not wanting to play the role you have been given.
Example:
- After seeing he's role, says "DOCTOR? Fuck this, I'm out." and leaves the game.
Game-Throwing
Game-Throwing means "playing to lose", in other words ruining the game for your team-mates. Game-Throwing can be considered somewhat ok if you are Serial Killer or Arsonist, cause you don't have any team-mates.
Example:
- Mafioso being lynched, as he's last words he says who he's teammates are.
- Angry mafia member's Last Will: "Boss is Godfather and Deantwo is Janitor, kill them next."
Skyping
Skyping means the person(s) is using outside-of-game communication such as Skype or Party chat to communicate about the current game. Talking and playing with friends isn't against the rules, but telling each other information is.
Example:
- In an external chat: "hey Bro! i was the GF and couldn't kill Mugy7! Mugy7 is the SK!"
- "my brother is the GF, and he says Mugy7 is SK, reveal and lynch him"
- Two friends playing together even thought they aren't on the same team.
- Using the "Lag Chat" to talk about anything to do with the game is also forbidden, this includes things like "RED IS MAFIA" or "stupid town is stupid".
Hacking
Hacking can mean many things, but the most general case of hacking is "Point Hacking".
Example:
- "i have 20k points but have only played 20 games! i have -prefer and -blacklist now!"
Reporting Rule Violations
If you observe anyone breaking the rules, you can report them on the Mafia forum.
