Executioner doesn't turn into jester if constable kills target

Title is self explanatory.

Can we also change it to a constable kills counts as an exe win. Otherwise, exe if nerfed beyond playability now if included with not being night immune anymore especially with all the new killing roles.

I was killed that night, so I don't know.

I would think the change should be immediate. If not, this brings up my second point again. Executioner is unwinnable if constable can insta kill your target without lynching and then you are lynched before turning into jester or killed at night by vigi/jailor for lying about your target.
