White-Listings

A white-listing will prevent you from being flagged as a "new player" and thus automatically kicked.
The purpose of the white-listing is to allow people with legit accounts to play the map, as hackers are currently using free starter accounts to circumvent bans.

The account ID you need to enter is the ID shown at the start of a Mafia game, if you did not see it, try watching the replay. An example would be 1-S2-1-689689.

Get the URL to your battle.net profile by logging into https://us.battle.net/sc2/en/ and look at this part of the URL:

Add it to 1-S2-1-##########
For example, 1-S2-1-689689 is the ID we can deduce by looking at the above URL.

Spoiler : Self-service form(not functional at the moment) :

The self-service form checks for a 1v1(non archon mode) ladder placement to confirm your account, and automatically adds your account to the list to be added to the map.
If you don't care about your 1v1 ladder rank, you can simply join and leave five games to get a rank. Either way, it's faster than asking us to manually approve a request.

You can also post a manual request that has to be manually approved by staff if you want, it'll just take a bit longer depending on staff availability.
Only post a manual request if the self-service form page tells you to do so. Instructions on how to post manual requests are further down the page.

Instructions for posting a manual request

Please post your title according to the following format(ignore quotation marks):

'Account Name': 'Account ID'

The account ID is the ID shown at the start of a Mafia game, same as the one mentioned previously in this post.

Also, please make sure you have done one of the following:

• Play one game of ranked 1v1
• Earn a campaign achievement that is not from the first four Wings of Liberty campaign missions
• Increase any of your race levels above level 5.

OR

We've decided, on discussion, to allow one player to vouch for another player's whitelisting, with the following conditions.
This means you don't need to do one of the three things listed above.

The vouching player must play Mafia themselves, have no punishments in the last 6 months, and must upload a replay of themselves in the Mafia map saying "I vouch for (ID number)." Use the test map or saveslot options to do this without impacting other games.

It will get approved and you will be added to the whitelist for the next update.
